If anyone is looking to rent then I’d steer clear of Frost’s. I previously rented properties through five different estate agents and none of them charge the extortionate fees that Frost’s do. Absolutely everything has a fee attached to it – it even costs you £80 to move out!!
My sister is going to be looking for a flat in St Albans soon. She needs to be not too far away from the station. Please can anyone recommend best areas to be and best estate agents for lettings. Frosts’ website looks very fancy but the comment above is off-putting!
Have bought twice and sold once through Druce & Partners. Rather like Abbey Estates who I’ve also bought through, there is a real difference I find in the attitude of those agents owned by the lead agent. Daryl Druce is very good at keeping a move on the move (so to speak!)
