The Italian market is back. Yesterday we picked up an amazing fresh ciabatta – we’re going back for another today – as well as a courgette which, unlike the ones normally available in the supermarket, actually tastes of something. Shame it’s raining as I write this. The bad weather this summer really must be hitting the market traders hard financially – all the more reason to get out the umbrella and support them.
