The Courtyard Cafe at the Yoga Hall

Submitted by Robin Hamman on June 25, 2009 – 08:453 Comments

The Courtyard Cafe, which opened this week, is located at the Yoga Hall on Hatfield Road, just next to the museum and the University of Hertfordshire Law School. It looks nice from the outside but I only spotted it today so no review yet. Let me know what you thought if you’ve been. The Courtyard Cafe at the Yoga Hall

  • I’ve eaten lunch here three or four times since they opened a few weeks ago. They do a great hot lunch. Lots of fantastic cous cous and a roasted red onion and blue cheese tart. Don’t miss the cake it’s worth leaving room for.
I really like the unusual interior decor, a bit like a mad aunt’s house with really really good art. I think the art has changed since I first went in there too.

What a marvellous little cafe! We had a birthday get-together at The Courtyard Cafe. Top marks for the excellent food, cooked to perfection. A lovely atmosphere, a really friendly little cafe. We really love the original decor too, a mix of smart and eclectic, with great artwork and decorations. A really great place to have lunch after shopping or like we did, a private function – you won’t be disappointed.
