9 Sheets of Plasterboard Going Spare

Submitted by Robin on June 20, 2010 – 20:33No Comment

I’ve got 9 sheets of plasterboard sitting in my dining room. It wasn’t meant to happen but the builder we sacked a couple months ago ordered the wrong stuff and now we’ve got a stack of it we can’t use.

It’s standard British Gypsum, 2400 x 1200 and 12.5mm thick – the standard size and thickness. We require a different thickness for our particular application so need to offload the 12.5mm thick stuff to make way for a stack of what we actually need.

There’s nothing at all wrong with it and each sheet cost around £6 new. I don’t really want to just give them away, but make an offer (£20?) and figure out a way to transport them and it’s yours. I’ll even help you load it on your van or truck.
